- open to moulding job to best incorporate and nurture my best skills - Founders are keen to expand in all areas of diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging - company is scaling quickly and bringing on exciting new hires - content to pay what talent is worth - even though all are remote we feel like a solid, family team who work well together.

- Could be seen as a Pro? but since company is scaling quickly; internal processes and playbooks are constantly being updated and reworked.

The company paid well and the staff was great.

The owners couldn't agree on a vision so that affected company morale and product vision.
