Pros

Easy work, flexible schedule, employee discount, and you can get away with anything.

Cons

They often hire and lay off people which promotes a terrible morale for the workforce. They allow management to sexually harass employees without action and to be dismissed by HR. The IT position abuses power and is often caught napping in office and had been caught watching porn and refuses with assist with technological issues until demanded to do so by the general manager. Communication is a joke. Employees known to not meet quotas and are lazy are kept on because they are deemed as "loyal". There is evident discrimination here based on race and gender in both positions and pay.

Pros

Management is doing what they can to make this an increasingly fair and engaging place to work. Making compensation more competitive has been a focus over the past year and the company has been more transparent with regard to how to meet expectations and benefit my career while here and beyond. The people are incredible to work with and I enjoy the laid-back but still results-driven environment. Working in downtown Logan has its benefits.

Cons

Due to the nature of our work, change is a constant and recurring theme as we have to remain adaptable to our marketplace and stay one step ahead of the competition. This job isn't for those seeking an easy, challenge-free job. For those looking to develop skills and aptitudes to succeed in 21st century "disruptive" business, this should not be a deterrent. Benefits aren't the greatest but have seen marked improvements in the last year with other improvements being considered.
