      The company is somewhat flexible

      Cons

      No benefits to speak of, they are remote but don’t reimburse cell or internet. No 401k matching,. Unlimited Vacation - but vacation is discouraged and it’s just a game to not accrue it and pay you out at the end. Bonus structure sucks. Owner is a greedy, and only cares about you if you bring in money. A lot of internal turmoil and turnover. Don’t do it!
