There is no pros that i can say it's good company to work

1. If u find someone is working from many years in this company then confirm it that person will never get any other job anywhere in india. 2. Highly recommend to not to join this company when u have goal in ur life to reach/achieve. 3. Founder has knowledge in all field but less than half knowledge so u can't justify him in talk. And thinks he is smarter. In short he will hellusinate. 4. Don't expect the salary. Coz they don't give salary. Just think u r going to school or college when other do the same. If u get also after a long then -no comments-. U r running good time. 5. This company has least clients around 4 as per when i was working. When they pay to company then company pay u if it is good mood. There are many points to say try to understand with above only how bad this company is. If u want me to put more points then go and work and experience.

1)Peace Environment, 2)Friendly Staff, 3)Party At Every Month. 4)Helping Staff if you stuck somewhere 5)TEA in morning

1)it's a startUp in 1Room, 2)far away from any station, nearest station is thane 10km, 3)You may get additional work like take care of "TEA" Counting, Water Supply, 4)low salary and it's on 10th of Every Month 5)No joining Letter, no salary Slip 6)If you start asking your doubt to senior they will directly say "DONT COME FROM TOMMOROW", And can't do anything than stop coming.
