It is great that you enjoyed our office and flexibility as well as the training budget which can We actually have a below average rate of retention and many team members have been with us for several years. We also have colleagues who left us and subsequently re-joined which we appreciate. Our salaries are very competitive within the EdTech sector and we do offer yearly pay increases as well as excellent opportunities for career progression for every team member. As a company we operate a hybrid model of working therefore we encourage colleagues to visit our office twice weekly although we do have a growing number of remote positions too. The hybrid model of working improves employee wellbeing and being in the offices can optimise innovation and collaboration. Thank you again for sharing your insight.
