Flexibility, low stress, rewarding position, fun co-workers, friendly/fair & approachable management. Upper management is very hands on & helpful. Everyone works well together.

With retail work comes retail problems. Sometimes we are short staffed & sometimes we have to deal with difficult customers.

I throughly enjoyed learning how to become a bra fitter, I became passionate about the service I was providing.

The owner is for profit only at the expense of her employees. There is a weird hierarchy involving the top three or four people. Everyone else is worker bees and they are the queen and her mini army.
