Pros
Food, coworkers and helping members with sensitive situations. Good sups and nice building amenities. Company is expanding and that is good.
Cons
Crazy policies. Micromanaged and mandatory overtime. Doesn’t matter if you have kids or not. They tell you to work OT all of the time. If you don’t... you are reprimanded. The morale is terrible here. They talk about making it better every year around this time. I will be leaving soon and never turning back!
