Fun co-workers. Gave us free seminars, and other activities but it will eat up your work time so we dont have enough time to finish our actual work

Cons

Too much micromanaging and long hours. They will discourage you to clock out on time but dont pay overtime pay.

Promotes and values training & education Encourages self expression and individuality Fast-paced, dynamic and challenging (this is positive for me)

Cons

Lacks employee engagement. Company seems to be trying but programs are inconsistent and short-termed. Environment becomes very stressful quite often.
