      Pros

      Lots of learning opportunities with plenty of room to grow. Owners are very hands-on and in the office every day. Upper-level technical staff know their stuff.

      Cons

      Bonus structure was confusing & sometimes didn't pay off. Some clients weren't always pleasant.

      Solid company to work for, great culture, one of the best managers i've ever had.

      Can get busy, like most MSPs. Resources can feel stretched at times.
