Pros

Opportunity to live and work abroad, see new parts of the world and be challenged, while growing an immense amount. You gain unique leadership experience as well as lifelong friends.

Cons

There is very little training for new interns coming in, which presents multiple challenges in guiding the trips as well as selling them. A strange and unfortunate hierarchy existed within the company, which resulted in a tense, competitive and unproductive environment. Some of the people that work there are absolutely incredible, and as a student the experience traveling with these guides will be great. But the lacking pay (and at times respect) given to employees unfortunately made this job unfit for long term.

Pros

An overall fun industry to work in. Being able to live in Europe for minimal cost and get paid to travel throughout the continent, along with partake in various trip activities is a once in a life time chance. The sales and marketing training is also decent and you have plenty of support from management and returning staff for sales and guiding.

Cons

The kind of work you do requires long hours.

Pros

You will meet some of the most amazing and like minded people and if you have not traveled Europe a lot, you will get to see a bunch of great places in a short amount of time.

Cons

This is a 24/7 job, as in no time for yourself and work comes before everything. The company functions a lot like a fraternity and there is a clear heirarchy which makes effective communication and living and working with co workers difficult at times. Because you work and live with all staff members and are together constantly, there lines of professionalism are extremely blurred. Sales will always be management's number one priority and while they preach "one team one dream", they allow their top sellers to step on the toes of other staff members to make a quick buck. Overall, not nearly enough respect for employees who are working around the clock to make the company look good.
