Pros

The people are/used to be wonderful and very capable. 20 days of PTO. Great health care paid by employer. Free lunch on Wednesdays and breakfast on Mondays.

Cons

Management was awfully bro-y, and women in leadership roles were rare, which made for a very toxic, man-centric and unempathetic culture. Advancement is nearly impossible since it's all based on review scores that are unattainable - unless of course you're a white male. In that case, you may be able to achieve a promotion after 1.5 years of work, which is honestly too long considering the ridiculous amounts of energy and dedication you need to pour into your work. Completely understaffed and growing way too fast, you are forced to work ridiculous hours and be completely over-extended. You won't be happy or satisfied at Burrow, and most of their current employees are noticing - there's been high turnover in the last few months and their having a lot of issues filling up those roles. Don't be convinced by the reviews on website, or by magazine ads; this is not a good place to work and you'll regret accepting the offer.

The best and brightest teammates in the world.

Cons

Growing pains due the nature of it being a startup, but if you like that, you'll love it here.
