Good paying job with long hours

Tough boss does not tolerante mistakes

Good Vacation policy. Can learn a lot.

No room for advancement. Most employees only stay for around 6 months because owner/boss isn't great. Benefits weren't great. paid 75% of health but doesn't kick in until 6 months of working. retirement doesn't kick in until a year. they don't believe in investing in employees. In owner/boss's eyes you won't ever do anything right. not professional atmosphere
