      The library has very friendly staff, they helped me out a lot when I first started there.

      Sometimes on the weekend it can be very hard to find help due to shortness of workers.

      Good benefits Some lovely people You get easy access to library materials, which is nice Weekly work from home day for some 9-day fortnight for full-time staff Better than most public libraries in the area, unfortunately You're allowed to wear symbols in support of Palestine

      Cons

      Budget issues No capacity for programs, projects, and other things that make library life worth living Limited career growth No diversity or inclusion initiatives
