Pros

Burke is a very stable company and a great place to learn about research at its core. The ESOP benefits are unbeatable and the working environment is friendly.

Cons

Burke has done a lot of hiring of young people in the past few years. While the culture is more fun, a lot of people seem very unhappy and the attitude of the company just isn't positive. We are losing a lot of young talent very quickly due to lack of appreciation and promotion. The tenure at Burke is very high and no one really knows what upper management does or how they benefit the company at all.

Pros

Burke is a company comprised of personable professionals doing quality work in a collaborative environment. Each person I've met since starting has impressed me with their passion and focus. Also, Burke makes a concerted effort to create a culture that fosters learning and growth (much like the Burke Institute does in the training arena.)

Pros

The atmosphere of this place is amazing! The managers are caring, respectful and understanding. They have themed days where you can dress up and they always reward when we have a good quarter. Also all holidays you're off even mother's Day!

Cons

The people on the phone that you talk to can really damage your mental health because of how they talk to you and at first you can roll it off but after a while it started to get to me even though I know none of those people knew me personally it was just getting to the point where I was too much for my mental health to constantly be hearing that I should die and that I'm scum because they don't want to listen to why you're calling they just assume you're a scammer.
