The company offers great benefits including healthcare and 401K. They also change their hours in the summer time so the employees get out early on Fridays to extend the weekend time. They pay well for this area. The partners are really knowledgeable and organized. The future of this company is bright despite the issues.

They frequently put the entire staff on mandatory overtime. Everyone is required to work at least 15 hours overtime each pay period (every two weeks) and it is unpaid. They say you are compensated for this time when they distribute profit sharing checks at the end of each quarter but they don't always distribute said checks unless the quarter was profitable. Even if they do distribute the checks, they rarely are enough to justify working an additional day each week, if you look at the amount of overtime hours and the amount of pay it was typically around minimum wage or less before taxes. Also, there are some problems from within the staff. There are people who are difficult and make terrible teammates. The management is aware of this and continues to do nothing about it. Staff members are frequently verbally abused by other coworkers. There are staff members who watch the clock. If you are a few minutes late in the morning you are yelled at even when there is inclement weather. Several people in the office feel the need to place blame on other employees when something goes wrong rather than focusing on fixing the problem and moving on. Time and resources are wasted in trying to find someone to blame.
