Pros
Cool people to work with, now we have constantly new rules to keep the work environment more professional and that is awesome. Christmas and Thanksgiving are pay holidays, and you get a $50 bonus on your birthday. My manager is always available to talk in his office and takes time to listen to you, He is very knowledgeable about what to do and who to talk to when we have an issue, he goes by the book and he always helps when he can, we can daily see how he do his best and try to get the best from us. Dental, vision, and insurance benefits are helpful, And we have a phone App to have easy and direct communication with any member of the corporation/coworkers/HR. We have Christmas and employee appreciation parties hosted by the family who owns the restaurant, and they even cook the food. It's an awesome place to be, feels like a family. You start as a line cook, and then based on your skill set and passion you can be promoted to be a cashier, then to be a runner and after that, you can be a server. That's aside from being a supervisor, assistant supervisor, assistant manager, or manager, but all of the current supervisor/managers team started as line cooks.
Cons
I really can't think of anything bad, the corporation is currently training supervisors/managers, and its awesome. The last grey areas are now patched with fresh new ideas, the new hires from corporation is trying their best and you can really feel the difference.
