      The management and work schedule were flexible. The operating system was very organized and they had a good traning program.

      Cons

      Your personal tress level may be high during high volume hours. You must deal with a wide variety of personality types when helping customers. You will probably have to clean toilets.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
