      You get Free food some people are nice, and its a nice environment to work at.

      Cons

      You work hard and get very little in return. Also customers are rude and you take the blunt of the words.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
