Pros
The office placed in one of the most beautiful island on earth, Bali. Everyday is holiday. Work start earlier and end up before the sunset. You can enjoy the sunset after fighting the bugs or building the kick-ass website. You can wear casual dress everyday, just like going to the beach (except: bikini :P) There are Friday Party, free foods & beer.

There is no "formal" training for new employee.
