Pros
Good level of responsibility. People are generally nice and it's a pretty casual work environment. Exciting to be part of a fast growing company. Nice office and location. They generally do not expect you to stay late unless it's a very busy period. Culture is slowly improving with more team events.
Cons
Messy organisational structure. Poor communication from management. Too many translations (if in language required job). Everything is always last minute. Work load can be heavy at times. Salary is ok, but not great. Benefits are lacking. Not much focus on training and development. Limited opportunities for progression within in the company.
