Pros

1. Nice place to work 2. You will get experience on technologies 3. get to know market demand 4. Get to work on Products. 5. CEO and CTO are amazing.

Cons

1. Super political 2. No love for employees 3. Canteen food is over priced. However, they say it is subsidized 4. toilets are pathetic 5. Sitting arrangements are poor 6. Below average salary Politics: 1. It will appear to someone that the whole company has about 5-6 leaders but the real scenario is it only has 2. Both are product owners. The owner of the company only trust these 2 leaders. Rest leaders think they are leaders but I think they are living in a dream. Company owner only listens to those 2 guys and make decisions. 2. Working under those 2 leaders is like hell. They both suck blood of you and I would recommend just gain some experience and leave ASAP. They hold you back to work like 15 hours every day. You will be called even on weekends. They say it is occasional but believe me it is not. If you work hre you will not have any personal life. Forget family, girlfriend, life 3. You can’t grow in this company. 4. The best part is they have 2 HRs and none are graduates. One of them is related to owner so he manages the company like King. 5. Everything changes when owner of the company visits India. You might have heard of 2 faces but here they have multi faces.

Pros

I've been at raw engineering for over 2 years and can honestly say I've loved every day here. The team really challenges you to give your best and it's something I've loved. If you're hungry to take on new projects and responsibilities, the management team will work with you to help you grow while supporting you along the way. The team supports hard workers who want to make a difference and will take great steps to empower you to both learn and succeed. The team has a great PTO policy and an incredible office community. We have awesome team events and really enjoy spending time together, both in the office and out. For example, today our day started with a team outing to watch the US-Germany World Cup match at 9am!

Cons

To succeed at raw engineering, you're expected to work hard. This isn't a company where you can plan to come in, work your shift, and then bounce. Personally, I see this as a positive aspect of our culture.
