Where do I even begin—ELT has zero understanding of how to work with engineers. They micromanage everything, push out senior talent, and then obsess over claudenomics while ignoring the real reason we can’t compete: they’re actively dismantling the very team needed to perform at that level. Leadership is completely out of touch. There’s no salary adjustment or market alignment if you join—they simply don’t believe in paying people what they’re worth. It’s a broken system run by people who don’t understand what it takes to win.
