      Great accounts to manage, built quality relationships and tons of networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Owners wouldn't give the budget required for position, so worked with half the budget and actually still did double the required promotions. Terrible communication and no consistency with upper management. Horribly run company.

      Pros

      Beer sales are fun, employees are laid back and easy to work with, promotions are often made from within.

      Cons

      New pay structure/work load is uneven, management has very little support, everyone is overworked, owners are out of touch. High warehouse turnover.
