The company has a fair pay rate. Most of the employees are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They have good benefits.

Their training process leaves a lot to be desired. There was not nearly enough training.They were constantly switching you between day and night shift. They have a lot of good hard working employees who are under appreciated. There seems to be a lot of favoritism.
