Pros
Hours are great, they close at 5pm. ( but, to be efficient, and keep up you will be there way after 5)
Cons
Only 2 service advisors but place only does about 12 appointments per day. Any more appointments, and the place is overwhelmed. Techs are out for school 2 at a time, and are surely not hungry for work. Very hard to get work dispatched because everyone always has too much to do. Ha.
There is no porter, or lot boy, no a/c in shop or lane, and the advisor desks are.. in the lane. IT gets cold! Advisors do it all, from looking up all labor for techs, dispatch, retrieve and park cars, you name it, and you do it. When pc's an other office equipment breaks, they tell to to just deal with it, as they have no contractor to repair it. Forget about needing time off, for anything, because there are only 2 of you, even for a death in the family, this will be marked as "unexcused"..
Service deptartment is very unorganized to work in, even for such a small place I think this is a very close-knit dealership, and very small. You must be over dedicated, and willing to work a lot of extra time for very low pay, and act like you don't mind.
Starting to see why this company ALWAYS has job openings. Always!
