The public image of this firm does not match the internal reality. If it was truly that great, why didn’t they stay? Several attorneys struggle with basic communication and professionalism, which directly affects staff and clients. Expectations are high, but guidance, feedback, and responsiveness are inconsistent or nonexistent. This creates unnecessary stress and confusion in day-to-day operations. The office administrator is unapproachable and unsupportive, making it difficult for staff to raise concerns or ask for help. There is little to no support for administrative employees overall, despite them being essential to keeping the office running. Issues are ignored rather than addressed, and accountability is lacking at multiple levels. If you are considering working here, take the glowing reviews with caution and pay attention to how many are written by people who no longer work at the firm. That alone says more than the marketing ever will.
