COVERING LETTER SAIED MOHAMMED NAUSHAD ALAM Job Title:HSE Training Primary Purpose of the Job Responsible to develop, manage and execute the HSE training programs throughout Business area of Company and Contractors in accordance with HSE Policy, regulations, National and International standards as per approved training plan. Identify, establish new training materials as per operational needs based on the risk criteria and work activities, to maintain sustainable safe work environment in line with HSE training objectives. Principal Accountabilities 1. Develop and maintain HSE training plan, matrix to ensure alignment with company training requirements, standards in conjunction with Oil & Gas training framework. 2. Manage and facilitate daily administrative training arrangements within industry to ensure optimization of the available resources. 3. Coordinate & communicate to respective HSE focal points for nominations and manage the training schedules to fulfil the requirements. 4. Organize and conduct the regional training programs for company, delegates and Contractors to ensure the proficiency for continual improvement. 5. Develop; prepare HSE training procedure and module specifications in accordance with Corporate QP standards. 6. Ensure all HSE training program records are documented and maintained as per HSE training requirements in line with Corporate QP standards. 7. Responsible to manage & update HSE training database electronically in line with LMS and SAP HSE training module. 8. Assist and coordinate with HSE training coordinator on the preparation of forecasting annual HSE training plan and required budget and maintain ISO 45001, 9001 and ENV- 14001 Quality training requirements. 9. Generate and analyse HSE training reports and maintain statistical data periodically to highlight the improvement of training’s objectives & KPI’s. 10. Participate in Corporate HSE trainer workshop and provide new initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of the current HSE training programs and best practices. Decision Making Authority • The incumbent shall organise and conduct to carry out HSE trainings as per HSE plan in line with QP HSE training standards and procedures. • To provide technical expertise, professional recommendations on HSE training to improve the HSE culture and work environment. • Coordinate and consult with HSE training focal point and Corporate to improve HSE training programs & involve with audit process. Context / Special Features /Challenges • The main challenge of to inculcate the HSE training among in a multinational environment where perceptions of Health & safety knowledge may differ. • Enhance the behavioural based improvement process to ensure continual improvement for the development of HSE culture in workplace. • Obtain approval from Com[any and Corporate training department for the established Concession Area training programmes as per training procedure. Knowledge / Skills / Experience • Completed 14 years of experience • International Safety Certificates duly approved e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH IGC or Coaching and training. • Authentic and relevant experience in the safety field preferably in Oil & Gas, Power plant or petrochemical Industry, 14 years total and 7 years as full time trainer to conducting HSE courses. • Train the trainer certification. • Excellent communication, administration and supervisory skills. • Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities. • Proficient in spoken and written English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic Language. • Competent in MS Office. • Possess a valid Qatar and KSA Driving license.
