Brooksource was my first job out of college. Now that I work for a new company, my eyes have been opened to the gaps and problems Brooksource needs to solve before returning to the positive, rapidly growing org it was 10 years ago. The base salary is an industry low (and I mean LOW), there is little to no work from home flexibility, and from a coaching standpoint they are behind the rest of the industry-- which is sad because Brooksource actually has a great service that in theory should be really successful.
After I quit (mind you I was here for 2 years) they didn't have the decency to even give me an exit interview and all my MD had to say was "When are you coming to drop off your stuff?"
Brooksource sells you on the promise that in 2 years you'll be rolling in money, and then blame you when that doesn't happen. The company has so much potential and it's really sad what it's turned into.
