Pros
I love all the community programs they have, like volunteering, donating, etc. They also promote green initiatives to better the environment. I have a great boss who truly has an open door policy. I have spoken with him about an issue before and he was very fair about how to remedy the situation. I can't say that for all managers there, because I've only had the one. And I'm lucky to have him as my manager. The company pays really well. No opportunity for growth, though.
Cons
One issue I have is with their North America wide email distribution to invite people at their HQ to these fantastic lunches with drinks, beers, parties, whatever else they can think of. Is there no way for their IT department to send that to just people working at HQ? Come on... Another thing is this company has hired some moronic people. Someone on my team is just worthless. Actually, worse than worthless. He pisses off all our customers and has gotten customers to return stuff because he tells them they bought obsolete product. How he has not gotten fired is beyond me. But this is good news to all the idiots out there who needs a good paying job that requires nothing in return.
