Pros

Great culture and ability to learn and interact with multiple divisions. They care about employees. Employees benefits are very good including bonus, equity, tuition reiumbursement.

Cons

It's a large organization and work culture from division to division can vary. Translating strategy into employee practices is a process and can take time, like any large company.
