      Ok salary at start, ok for students who are interested in hardware

      Cons

      Overwork and no additional payment for those extra hours, you work for 12h+ per day, way many restrictions and no useful feedback for me from a lead.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
