Pros
The time to market push for important clients is one of the most gratifying and yet worst experiences in my career. It has shaped me as an engineer. A majority of the engineers are above average and you can learn alot if yountake the time to ask.
Cons
Management are a bunch of good ol boys. Managers generally assign projects and you can easily get pushed into low quantity low visibility products if you aren't friendly. Once, during a business trip, I was reminded that we could all get fired if we didn't succeed, which was extremely demotivating.
