Avoid this company - Anonymous employee Broadcom Employee Review

No work-life balance, management is relentless toward employees, constant layoffs even though stock is going to the sky. No job security. Work environment is very stressful, and everyone is competing for survival. I believe this is the culture the management wants. Compensation is good, if you are not laid off to get the bonuses. However, compensation is not proportional to hard work - one has to give up all evenings, nights, and weekends.
