The owners are incredibly laid back and schedules are extremely flexible. Eccentric and funky with lots of (British) culture and people. You learn a lot about the products you sell and the different people you interact with on a daily basis. Casual atmosphere with a laid-back boss.

The owners are older and very adverse to change. There is no Point-of-Sale or inventory system of any kind and the store is over-stocked with (untracked) inventory. The owners are laid back to a point of aloofness, and there is no organization or strategy in anything they do. Because of this (and a blind stubbornness in their business practices), the employees and customers suffer.
