Pros
Genuinely the best agency that I have worked in my career! When I applied I said that I wanted a good work culture, opportunities for training and progression and to work with a supportive team and they have delivered on all 3. They have a people-centric strategy which is the best thing about the agency as all decisions are made around this. We have weekly / quarterly meetings where the SMT are super transparent about the financials and direction of the business which is refreshing especially in the current climate and makes you feel secure. The culture is second to none and the MD is pinnacle in ensuring that everyone works hard but also plays hard which is really rewarding. We have monthly socials and work events, everyone on the teams are so nice and supportive to work and socialise with which is really important. There are equal measures of benefits but not too many gimmicks that you get at other agencies to hide their flaws. Benefits include; everyone in the agency is a shareholder, standard pension contribution, monthly socials, parking allowance for city centre parking, monthly wellbeing days, flexi hours, hybrid working (only 1 day required in the office), mental health support, dog friendly office, birthday as a holiday, 6 monthly bonuses, to name a few - (no silly slides in the office!) I could go on, but I wake up and genuinely look forward to coming to work! Would recommend for any level of your career as the opportunities are endless
Cons
Nothing stands out but if I was to say anything its just standard agency politics that you get anywhere. This is my 4th agency and I can say you get similar things everywhere including difficult clients, process conflicts etc but what's different with Bring is this is handled a lot better than previous employers, your voice is heard, there is an open forum and there is so much support from the senior team that you don't feel like you are battling alone. No one is perfect, its how you handle it!
