      Pros

      - Worked with new technologies, company tried to stay up to date with everything - Good environment around the office, people are very friendly and are always ready to help with whatever you may need - Perfect work life balance, usually nobody contacts you after you finish your day - Not strict regarding working from the office, could basically work from home as much as I wanted

      Cons

      - Financially the company wasn't at its best, i got laid off with many other employees - Salaries aren't the highest - Compensations are lower than high tech firms

      Pros

      As the technology holders, there are experts in all facets, from groundbreaking to final test. Answers easy to find, input is taken from all phases and departments, and considered.

      Cons

      Due to the large foot print of solar power towers, and other considerations, construction takes place onsite in the desert. Snakes, spiders, and environmentally protected species have to be considered so as to not upset the natural balance of the desert. Outside working conditions very from freezing, to 110+ Degrees Fahrenheit.
