      Pros

      Flexible schedule; children that are eager to learn.

      Cons

      Tons of paper work with no time to complete unless you want to take it home (no one will pay you extra); unprofessional management; company does not supply the teachers with basics materials (paint brushes, construction paper, glue, etc.); constantly over ratio or mixed with different age groups (infants with 3 year olds); no appreciation for the hard working employees.

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
