Pros

-Understanding people -Remote work flexibility -Benefits (Student Loan Repayment, Stock Plan, Good Health/Vision'Dental, 401k match, Wellness stipend, unlimited/flexible PTO) -Work Predictability - you know what you can expect every day There is a lot of room to grow your career in the company if you are willing to put in the time and effort into making it happen

Cons

-This is up to you if it is a con...but its a pretty high paced place to work -You end up sometimes as the therapist's therapist. They forget all their training and go full Karen on you while you're confused as to how they are trained professionals

Pros

Brighter Vision was one of the best professional experiences of my life. The people I worked with were smart, motivated, and downright fun! Leadership was inclusive and open-minded. They expect a lot out of you though, and being held to a high standard isn’t for everyone. The company was sold in 2020 to EverCommerce and all employees had options. It wasn’t millions or anything, but it was enough to pay off my student loans and credit card debt.

Cons

Pay was always low, but the options made up for it after the company sold. And pay was able to go up after the sale, too. This was a fast moving startup that required team members to be nimble and play a lot of roles. That isn’t for everyone. Leadership has high expectations, but high performers were promoted quickly and poor performers were let go.
