Pros
There are not many that I can think of. It was a casual work environment, which was nice. Work from home/remote working was okay.
Cons
Micromanaged! The CEO did not care about his employees. They claim to be a 'face-paced' environment, which really just meant that they overworked you and way underpaid you. I'm sure the CEO and people who had been at the company when it first started were taking home the big bucks, but for any entry-level/associate, we got paid barely higher than minimum wage. This role was also mostly client facing and a lot of the times clients could be rude and were very unhappy with their websites. Take a look at Brighter Visions Yelp or Facebook page and you can see there is a lot of negativity from customers about this company. I felt the same negativity being employed by them. Absolutely would not recommend working here.
