      Pros

      Many dedicated people at the company that are long tenured from the legacy companies that have a ton of industry knowledge.

      Cons

      Its now a race to the bottom in terms of service and quality and taking care of your employees. Goals are given that cant be achieved and there is very little support from anyone.

      Good job and new manager has turned the place around.

      Cons

      1. Make you pay for take home company truck now used to be part of the job 2. Took away my managers sales bonus and he was not happy about it 3. All managers share a credit card for the entire branch 4. Bonuses are not what they used to be 5. Cuts are made company wide every quarter all to save Dales job and to show a shareholder profit yet the CEO makes millions with tones of bonuses and extras while little guys get crap pay
