Pros

Pays higher than other clinics. They will respect your schedule/PTO/timeoff. The coworkers are nice and will help you.

Cons

Majority of the time you will be calling for a bcba and they will not come. There’s no one on admin to help clean the clinic throughout the day or barely give restroom breaks. Although we not suppose to do this, but we will have to ask another RBT to watch your kid aswell for you to use the restroom, because no one will come. They will cancle kids sessions because the bcbas are too lazy to be direct with a kid due to call outs. The clinic was always horrible since I started working here, but there was a recent change of the Clinical Director which made it go even go more down hill. She is more lazy and watch you struggle when you ask for help because of burned out over a challenging kid. We are not in teams so your schedule will be chaotic. The clinic is dirty and lack cleaning supplies. The majority of staff only been here for about 6 months.

Pros

Focus on building more consistent and scalable systems for training and supervision. Strengthening internal support structures and ensuring leadership roles are aligned with appropriate experience levels would help improve consistency and long-term outcomes.

Cons

Training and supervision can be uneven between teams, leading to differences in how services are delivered. As the company grows, internal systems and processes have not always scaled at the same pace. This can result in inconsistent support for staff and variability in day-to-day expectations. In some cases, oversight and leadership structures do not fully reflect the level of experience needed to guide clinicians effectively in a fast-growing setting.
