The organization lacks structure, and decision-making is highly spontaneous. The CEO is egotistical, firing employees one month due to budget constraints and then hiring new ones the next month at significantly higher salaries. Requests for salary increases are often denied under the pretext of budget issues, yet they simultaneously hire a new chairman at triple the salary of the previous one.
