Nothing really negative it’s hard sometimes but easier than most jobs.

BS is very flexible on what hours you want to work and if you have to miss a day you are able to make up hours whenever you want as long as you add up to 40 hours! Great team lead supervisors who want to help you succeed. Job is fully remote. Super easy job and great for a stepping stone into sales!

They do not provide you with laptop or headphones. Job is repetitive, not many leadership opportunities. There is quite a few old leads. Commission is really out of your hands as it is up to solar consults to make the sale.
