I enjoy working here because of the friendly atmosphere and the chance to learn from others. Thanks to my teammates, I started using Cursor much earlier than I would have on my own. We have real influence on the product, and the client understands the need for automated tests or code refactoring.

I used to work in a corporation, so I had to get used to the more relaxed structure here and the fact that not everything is covered by detailed processes. But I got used to it over time, and now I prefer it. However, it might not be a perfect fit for everyone.
