      Pros

      Everyone genuinely seems to care about what they do and there are no ego's (that I have witnessed so far!) A healthy company culture is huge for me and straight from my first interview to present day I have been impressed with the lengths the company goes to to ensure that its people are at the centre of everything. There are lots opportunities for growth and autonomy, but with the right level of guidance. Overall I am so pleased I work here and have met some lovely people, whilst learning about a new industry.

      Cons

      There are quite a few processes that seem a bit outdated but to counter that there are talks about how to improve these. Standardising some of them would really help and would ensure everyone is on the same page.

Your comments on remote on-boarding are spot on - we’ve been really keen to help new recruits who join in Covid times feel part of the team but it is a learning curve and your feedback will help us improve the experience for future team members.       Pros

      Working at this small tech company in Brighton has been a great experience. The company culture is fantastic, with lots of social events and a fun, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to meet new people and make friends. They are very supportive of various humanitarian projects, which is something I truly appreciate. The team is always helpful, and stakeholders are open-minded and receptive to new ideas, fostering a very innovative environment. Overall, it's a wonderful workplace with plenty of personal and professional growth opportunities.
