> Super friendly atmosphere > Working on a software application (Asset Bank) that we sell worldwide > Allowed to get on with things with minimal interference > Good pay and benefits including flexible working hours, lunches, drinks and events > Management that listens to staff > Excellent central Brighton location with views from our office on the 9th floor of the sea on one side, and the South Downs on the other

Cons

It can at times be frustrating getting the lift to the 9th floor (if it stops at every level on the way up), but the views make up for it.

Working at this small tech company in Brighton has been a great experience. The company culture is fantastic, with lots of social events and a fun, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to meet new people and make friends. They are very supportive of various humanitarian projects, which is something I truly appreciate. The team is always helpful, and stakeholders are open-minded and receptive to new ideas, fostering a very innovative environment. Overall, it's a wonderful workplace with plenty of personal and professional growth opportunities.
