• Helping people • Good co-workers/friends • Amazing Volunteers • Could go home feeling like you did something good for others • Food... all the time • Different experience every day
Cons
• Politics, way too many politics, whether discussing or inter-office politics, it was all very challenging at times • Covid really took a toll on our volunteer's mental state • Too few staff and way too much relying on our volunteers • Management tends to rest on their laurels and take for granted the volunteer force
