Pros

Great people, culture, pay, & variety of experience. Some of the best individuals I’ve ever met work here, and I truly feel like I’m part of an impressive group of talented professionals. Also a place that doesn’t take it self too seriously. Deep relationships with clients in Austin and expanding more and more nationwide. A lot of opportunity to shape the future of the organization at then pivotal stage. It’s actually really exciting to be part of it.

Cons

Working through the transition to a more hybrid work environment like we all have been, in maturity stage, and busier than ever. Can feel gaps with communication, resources stretched too thin, and the disorganization that comes with figuring it out. Good enough people, work experience, opportunities, and vision so I plan to stay through any growing pains.

Pros

A company with an entrepreneurial spirit. Open door to management. Great flexibility, work / life balance, and a ton of great people to learn from. It allows you to grow both personally & professionally.

Cons

Hard to hit too many here, but it's a smaller company, and not alot of attrition in the management roles, so without more growth, opportunities to get into management are less frequent than at a larger company.

Pros

“The company has an outstanding unpaid balance of 17,500 USD for services rendered in 2022-2023, despite multiple follow‑ups, which raises concerns about their payment reliability and financial discipline.”

Cons

“Delayed payment: One invoice for 17,500 USD, issued in 2022-2023 for completed work, remains unpaid despite reminders, indicating potential cash‑flow or payment‑practice issues.”
