At Emtec, each of our associates is equally important. Freshers, being new to our industry, may need more guidance and mentoring as compared to experienced associates, which you may have misconstrued as favoritism.
We do cater to clients from different industries, some of which may be new to associates joining us. In such cases, project leaders ensure that they provide adequate guidance about the intricacies of the client’s areas of business. If an associate feels that he or she needs more time to understand the project and expectations, we do encourage them to reach out to their project leaders. As you would already know, we are a very flat organization where senior management is quite easily accessible, approachable, and responsive to any questions and concerns.
Associate recognition is something we strive for as a firm. We do encourage our associates to think outside the box and share their ideas freely. Our senior leadership rewards innovative thinking, collaboration, and high performance. Each associate has an equal opportunity to excel in their roles. We encourage you to speak to your project leader or manager to better understand the expectations of your role, your performance, and potential opportunities for growth.
Our compensation is driven by our internal policies and guidelines. Freshers are hired as part of a specially designed program for entry-level candidates. Our compensation guidelines are fair to associates at all levels. We do encourage you to communicate your thoughts and concerns directly to our senior management and/or HR team so that they can be addressed.
