Pros
Some great colleagues - at least the ones I have worked closely (of course not including leadership team) are extremely kind and supportive Remote working - saves so much time on commute
Cons
-This tiny company has a ridiculous hierarchy to make sure the voice from the bottom does not reach leadership. The warm and nice culture is limited to your immediate contact circle - where everyone is at the bottom of the food chain. Also, most nice people are gone because they are skillful and will be valued in other places. -Romote working means flexibility but it takes away your needed social support, and belonging if the company does not make efforts in team building. -Micromanaging is a norm in this company, plus useless team leads spread this toxic way of working and destroys the warm culture. The company moral is the lowest I have ever seen. -People still working in this company have to work like horses, because of so-called "restructures" happening every 6 months - firing people, budget cuts while raising SL income.... -The fact that you see the ceo replying to bad reviews here on Glassdoor is PATHETIC - there are so many things a leader can do to amend the image of a company, but I doubt disputing reviews on social media is an effective way. -The business operates in a fog of no clear vission or strategy. Everyone has a say on the product except the customers because they don't pay. -No professional growth whatsoever -The business would like to call itself scaling up. However I can only say that the company is FALLING APART if SL continue to make bad decisions without a clear direction. On top of that, the fast growing competitors will speed this up.
